MCT
On Sunday my MCT came to visit me in the kindergarten to evaluate me while I’m teaching the students. I planned my lesson plan to teach them a new lesson about the numbers four to seven. I felt nervous, so I drank water to make me feel calm. According to Dr.sherif shukran said, "the most powerful means of communication and treatment is water" (kabeera Tunisian on February 9, 2014). At the beginning of the lesson, I had to give them a quick review of the numbers they have already learned then I started to introduce them to the new numbers. After teaching them, I had several activities to do with them but with the same idea which is teaching them how to count. If any student couldn’t get the concept of any specific activity he could move to the other activity but will receive the same information. The idea of having several activities is to attract the students to make them want to play while at the same time they are learning.

Teaching Level
Today I went to the kindergarten for teaching practice, so I can earn experience for teaching in the future. During the practice, I noticed that the teacher teaches the students while she is standing, while the students are sitting on the carpet. It is important for the teacher to be in the same level of the students while teaching so they can focus on her and receive the information from her in a better way. According to Brent (2005), “Students are characterized by different learning styles, preferentially focusing on different types of information and tending to operate on perceived information in different ways.” In the future, when I will be in her place, a teacher, I will make sure I am teaching the students in my same level, for example, they could be sitting on the chairs at least to avoid the distance level. Although, the way she was teaching the students attracted me and I really like it, were she used to give the entire class the entire information then she takes a group on a side to focus on them to teach them something specific, then she changes the group till she is done with all the students and all of them understands the topic. 1- Www4.ncsu.edu. Planning the Lesson
Planning the lesson is one of the main things the teachers should follow. “Jensen’s “Lesson planning” chapter serves as a guide for novice teachers who need to create formalized lesson plans. The chapter covers why, when and how teachers plan a lesson, as well as basic lesson plan principles and a lesson plan template. A sample lesson plan is provided in the context of a weekly overview, module overview, and a course overview”. It helps in preparing the lesson and manages your time while uploading all the details in. It makes you achieve what you want to teach them. Manages the exact time for reviewing, teaching the new lesson and the exact time needed for each activity. The lesson plan should be planned in a way that includes a quick review at the beginning of the lesson about the previous lesson they had then started with the new topic and ideas, then give them a quick review at the end of the lesson. Before planning the teacher should think of several ways in helping the idea to reach the student and think of different activities that will help the students improve their skills and will help them understand better by working by themselves. 1- Princeton.edu. I’m glad I’m the one who is standing in front of the students. I went for training for one day, it was such a new and incredible experience to me. I went to the class with my trainer to introduce myself to the students. I felt so happy being surrounded by all those kids, my desire is to be a good teacher in the future. Desire theories hold that happiness is a matter of getting what you want (Griffin, 1986). I was really struggling on how I’ll make the students like me before I even meet them and how I’ll gain their love and trust, but since the first day I felt like I already broke the shyness line with them were I felt like all the kids already liked me, they already felt comfortable with me around and they got close to me from the first day. 1- Authentichappiness.sas.upenn.edu.
